Athlete logbook
Save your records — 1RMs, running times, Hyrox, WOD benchmarks — alongside your calculators. Free, no account: your data stays on your device.
Your records are saved on this device only (in your browser). Nothing is sent to a server — remember to export to back them up.

Your logbook is empty. Add your first record above.
Why this calculation?
Most tracking apps force an account and host your data on their servers. To simply log your PRs and watch your progress, that is needless friction. This logbook works without signup: everything is stored in your browser, nothing is sent. The trade-off is clear — your data does not follow you across devices — hence the export to back it up.
What the science says
Tracking performance over time is one of the best-established levers of progress: measuring makes progressive overload concrete and turns plateaus into something you can see. A strength record (1RM) or a reference time anchors the way you calibrate your working loads and target paces — exactly what the StaminaLab calculators produce.
The Lab tip
Log the raw value (weight lifted, time clocked), not a rounded estimate: that is what makes comparisons reliable from one entry to the next. Export your logbook to JSON now and then — it is your only backup until syncing exists, and it protects you from a cleared cache or a new device.
